SMEDA is constantly striving to provide an enabling environment and business development services to Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). To facilitate the SME sector, NBDP-SMEDA is pleased to announce the launch of SMEs Business Helpline. The SME Business helpline shall serve as a centralized business information center to all existing and potential SMEs across Pakistan. (Monday to Friday; 9AM - 5PM)
Following are indicative areas (but not limited to) on which SMEs can get free information.
A- SMEDA One Window – SOW
- Small and medium entrepreneurs are required to fulfil numerous registration requirements to set up and operate a business in Pakistan. SMEDA has launched a unique service; SMEDA One Window (SOW) to provide solutions to start-ups and SMEs through a single platform.
- SOW provides timely, on-demand and hassle-free services from business idea validation to business registration. It also provides support for corporate branding, Trademark and copyright processing. Small and medium enterprises will be subsidized up to Rs. 25,000 in lieu of professional services through the program.
- SMEDA One Window (SOW) program aims to reduce start-up costs and increase time efficiency through its business concierge, professional and technical services. SOW provides hassle-free, on-demand services from business idea validation to business registration so as to enable SMEs to fully focus on their business operations.
- SOW will act as a single-window solution for aspiring start-ups and. SMEs in order to establish and streamline their business operations in Pakistan. SMEDA has a well-trained, proactive team of professionals and experts having direct access to all relevant Government departments. Services through SOW are specifically customized according to the requirements of local SMEs.
